SHIPPING POLICY
At Ali Beauty Supply, we aim to provide fast, reliable shipping for all our customers. Please read the following shipping policy for more information on our shipping process:
Shipping Carrier: We use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our primary carrier for all shipments. In the event that USPS is not available for your location, we will use UPS or FedEx to fulfill your order.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the details you provide, including your shipping address and the size/weight of your order. You will be able to review the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight- delay in processing.
Shipping Time: Shipping times will vary based on the delivery location and shipping method chosen. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-10 days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. Ali Beauty Supply is not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ali Beauty Supply is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or natural disasters. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons (holidays, sales events, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is lost, damaged, or missing, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In the case of damage during transit, please retain the original packaging and contact us for assistance.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that shipping times may vary for these addresses.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Wigs, weave, makeup, jewelry & electronics cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Proof of Purchase:
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping:
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Instead, send your return to the following address:

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Time for Exchanges:
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Over $75:
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including if:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or denied.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via our support page.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be sent to you after we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed about the return.
